Exercise!?

Today, I worked at my desk all day long.  I know many people don’t like those days, but it was great.  I got so much planning and paperwork done.  However, at the end of the day, I wanted to move.  I can’t believe that I’m saying this, but I wanted to sweat.  I know this next statement may cause some people to check to see who is writing this, but I wanted to exercise.

I never thought that those words would ever come from me.  Nothing surprises me now.  Wonders may never cease to occur.  Pigs have flown.  Hell has frozen over.  I now enjoy exercising.

Go figure…

Here’s what I’ve eaten today:

1 Snackwell’s Protein Meal Bar

1 ham and turkey on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, spinach, green pepper, pickles, onions, and a small amount of brown mustard.

1 serving of dried apple

1 serving of almonds

1 large chargrilled chicken salad

2 servings of fresh fruit (apple, strawberries, grapes)

69 oz of water

Supplements I’ve taken today:

1 Fish Oil Pill

1 Multi Vitamin

Exercise:

25 minute outdoor walk during lunch

15 minutes on the elliptical machine

30 minutes on a treadmill

30 crunches on ab machine

30 lifts on weight machine
