Today is National Eat What You Want Day, seriously. I’m not making this up. Yesterday was National Shrimp Day and tomorrow is National Nutty Fudge Day. I didn’t eat shrimp yesterday and I’m not going to eat nutty fudge tomorrow, but today I am hoping to eat something that I really want to eat. Up to this point, at 7 PM, I haven’t. I’m still going to follow my diet plan and not splurge on sweets or soda, but I am going to eat something fun today. I’m not sure what. I’ll let you know tomorrow.
So let me ask you. If you could eat anything you want, what would it be?
P.S. I’m still working, so I can’t give you my food and exercise details today, but I’ve been pretty good. I have also lost 2 lbs this week. I promise not to gain them back eating whatever I want.
