I had to say it several times today:

“Yes, I’m the guy who gained weight on a mission trip to Haiti.”

I’m not sure if it was the rice or the bread or the soda or the snacks or the change in exercise styles, but I imagine that it was the combination of all of those things.

I’m thinking of writing of a book called, “Want to gain weight?  Go to Haiti!”

Here’s what I had to eat today:

1 Special K Protein Meal Bar

1 Fresco Chicken Soft Taco

1 Fresco Crunchy Taco

1 Fresco Bean Burrito

1 Large Grilled Chicken Salad with cucumbers, lettuce, green peppers, broccoli, etc…

1 Slice of Bread with nonfat peanut butter

1 Serving of Pretzels

12 oz of Coca-Cola (Yes, I’m downgrading tomorrow to those sad little 7.5 oz cans)

90 oz of water

Here’s my exercise for the day:

100 ab crunches on ab machine

27 Push-ups

30 Minutes of Walking

5 Minutes of Eyelid Aerobics (resurrected from several months ago)
