How Bad Do You Want It?

Now, at the end of the day, when I’m thinking about that last 5 lbs I need to lose, I’m asking myself the following question:  How bad do you want it?  How bad do I want to lose those extra 5 lbs that are holding me back from reaching my goal?  How bad do I want to pass this goal and move on to bigger and better things?  How bad do I want to improve my life for the better?  Only what I do on a daily basis will really tell me for sure.

So what do you want to accomplish with your life?  How bad do you want it?

Here’s What I Had To Eat Today:

1 Special K Protein Meal Bar

1 Ham Sandwich with fat free cheese on whole wheat sandwich thins

1 Serving of Nonfat Strawberry Kiwi Yogurt

1 Pull Pork Sandwich

1 Serving of Chips and Dip (Life Group)

½ Red Delicious Apple

½ teaspoon of lowfat peanut butter on whole wheat sandwich thins

1 Serving of Peanuts

99 oz. of Water

My Exercise Today:

45 Minutes of Walking

32 Push-Ups

20 Jumping Jacks

My Supplements Friday:

1 Fish Oil Pill

1 Men’s Multi-vitamin
