Cruise Ship Fitness

The first cruise that I ever took was four years ago, when I was still carrying around a lot of extra weight.  Being new to cruise culture, I was determined to get everything I could for the hard earned money that we had spent to go on this fancy smancy cruise down to the Yucatan peninsula.  I found lots of seminars on diamonds and art and unusual films, but what caught my eye was the seminar titled, How to Get a Flat Stomach In 10 Seconds or something like that.  I brought Kathy with me and we endured a boring 45 minute lecture from an adolescent trainer who seemed like a physically fit cross between Justin Bieber and Napoleon Dynamite with a British accent.  We left after he suggested some type of electrical shock treatment for your stomach to remove the toxic elements.

Here’s What I Had To Eat Today:

1 Snackwell’s Protein Meal Bar

1 Grilled Chicken Sandwich

1 Serving of Fries (I didn’t realize that they came with the sandwich, but I couldn’t just leave them there, could I?)

1 Large Grilled Chicken Salad with Cucumbers, Lettuce, Spinach, Broccoli, Green Peppers, and Almonds (Delicious)

1 Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin with Fat Free Cheese

1 Serving of Nonfat Blueberry Yogurt

3 Girl Scout Cookies (A surprise from Kathy.  How could I resist?)

93 oz. of Water

My Exercise Today:

50 Minutes of Walking

37 Minutes on the Elliptical Machine

40 Presses on the Chest Press

My Supplements Friday:

1 Fish Oil Pill

1 Men’s Multi-vitamin
