Today’s Weigh In

The past two weeks have been topsy turvy for me regarding my health and fitness.  On one side, I’ve struggled with the food that I’ve eaten including a couple of trips that I’ve taken where my nutrition was not my main concern.  Then, on the other side, I’ve had some of my most intense physical workouts over the past two weeks.

So, after two weeks, I still weigh 179.5.  My wife says I look like I’ve toned a little, so I’m pleased with where I am.

Here’s What I Had To Eat Today:

1 Snackwell’s Protein Meal Bar

1 Ham and Turkey Sandwich on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins

1 Serving of Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt

½ Serving of Yucca fries

½ Serving of Sweet Plantains

1 Serving of Fried Chicken

1 Serving of Grilled Chicken

2 Corn Tortillas

91 Oz of Water

My Exercise Friday:

40 Presses on Chest Press Machine

65 Minutes of Walking

My Supplements Friday:

1 Fish Oil Pill

1 Men’s Multi-vitamin
