
Doctor’s Orders #1
Like I wrote yesterday, I am going to share the top 4 items my doctor prescribed in order to relieve the symptoms of my restless leg syndrome, one day at a time.
One of the problems with having restless leg syndrome is that the kicking keeps both kicker and the spouse of the kicker awake, for two entirely different reasons. So my doctor told me to stretch before I go to bed. Apparently, in many people, the stretching relieves the pressure that causes some people to kick involuntarily. It seems so easy, but maybe it will really help. I’ll try it tonight and let you know.
Here’s What I Had To Eat Today:
2 Snackwell’s Protein Meal Bar
1 Ham Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, Green Pepper, and Onion
1 Banana
1 Handful of Nuts
1 Taco Salad with Vegetarian Chili
1 Grilled Chicken Baked Potato
1 Grilled Chicken Sandwich
120 oz of water
My Exercise Today:
70 Minutes of Walking
5 Minutes of Stretching
My Supplements Friday:
1 Fish Oil Pill
1 Men’s Multi-vitamin
