Water Struggles On Valentine’s Day

Yesterday, my blog post was about how to drink 64 oz of water.  Today, I found it hard to drink water myself.  I found myself wanting to drink tea, soda, lemonade, and just about everything else I came across except water.  That’s when I’m glad that I have this blog.  Sometimes, I would just eat and eat and eat if I knew that I didn’t have the good readers of the 175by43 blog.  Thank you for your support.

Here’s What I Had To Eat Today:

1 Special K Protein Meal Bar

1 Serving of Roast Beef

Handful of M & M’s

2 Servings of Green Salad

1 Serving of Green Beans

1 Serving of Vermicelli (Okay, so it was Valentine’s Day) – Very Good

1 Slice of Fat Free Chocolate Pie

1 Serving of French Bread

94 oz of water

My Exercise Friday:

30 Minutes of Walking

30 Minutes on the Elliptical Machine

170 Crunches on the Ab Machine

My Supplements Friday:

1 Fish Oil Pill

1 Men’s Multi-vitamin
