Ways to Lose Weight Without Dieting or Exercise

Since I’m not writing on food or exercise during the 12 days of fasting at my church, I thought that I would list a few ways to lose weight without dieting or exercising:

1.  Get plenty of sleep instead of staying up all night.

2.  Drink water instead of soda.

3.  Eat only half of your meal instead of going back for seconds.

4.  Say no to dessert instead of indulging yourself.

5.  Take the stairs instead of the escalator.

6.  Get off the bus at the wrong stop and walk home.

7.  Walk your kid to school instead of driving them.

8.  Park in the farthest parking spot and walk instead of illegally parking in the handicap spot.

Ok, so all of these except #1 have to do with diet and exercise.  What can I say?  Diet and exercise has a lot to do with losing weight.
