Why Does Eating Grapefruit Help You Lose Weight?
Maybe there really is something to the grapefruit diet. According to my friends at Eat This, Not That, “A grapefruit a day in addition to your regular meals can speed weight loss.” Apparently, the acidity in the fruit slows the digestion process. What that means is that it takes a longer amount of time for grapefruit to move through your digestive system. This means that after eating grapefruit, you will feel fuller for a longer period of time.

1 Serving of Vegetable Soup
1 Serving Flank Steak with Red and Green Peppers
1 Serving of Grilled Chicken
2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
80 oz of Water

1 Multi Vitamin
75 Minutes of Walking
