Happy New Year’s Eve everyone!

Here’s What I’ve Eaten Today:

1 Special K Protein Meal Bar

1 Ham Sandwich on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins

1 Banana

1 Serving of Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt with Fresh Strawberries and Kiwi

1 Large Grilled Chicken Salad with Mixed Greens, Lettuce, Red and Green Peppers, Broccoli, Cucumbers, and Salad Toppers

1/2 Serving of Tortilla Chips and Salsa

75 oz of water

Today, I walked for 90 Minutes
