30 Push-ups

I can’t believe it.  I just did 30 Push-ups without stopping.  I know, I know, there’s some 18 year old out there laughing because he can do 700 without stopping with his pinky finger.  Well, I don’t care.  When I first started trying to do Push-ups, I could only do 3 before collapsing into a pile.  Now, I’m laughing at 3.

Kathy and I have a friend who can do handstand push-ups.  We were amazed when we first saw it.  I’d like to be able to do handstand push-ups someday.  Not today and not tomorrow, but someday.

Here’s what I had to eat yesterday:

1 Snackwells Protein Meal Bar

1 Club Sandwich on Whole Wheat Bread

1 Special K Protein Meal Bar

1 Chick Fil-A Sandwich

1 Banana

½ Grapefruit

86 oz of water

Supplements I’ve taken today:           

1 Fish Oil Pill

1 Multi Vitamin

Exercise:

50 Minutes of Walking

30 Push-ups
