100th Post

This is my 100th post.  That means it’s been 100 days since I started this weight loss process, almost 1/3 of a year.  Wow.  It seems like it was just a few days ago.  You know, I started this blog because I wanted to lose weight.  But even more than that, I wanted to change my lifestyle.  Now, after 100 days, I enjoy eating healthier foods.  Now, I crave exercise and miss it desperately if it doesn’t happen.  Now, I no longer crave junk food (well, at least most of the time.)  Now, I’m 36.5 lbs lighter than I was 100 days ago.  I can do 26 push-ups instead of 3.  I can exercise on all of the levels of the elliptical machine for 33 minutes when I couldn’t last 1 minute on it 100 days ago.  Now, I drink water.  Lots of water.  Now, I feel better.  I feel healthy.

Here’s what I’ve eaten today:

1 Special K Protein Meal Bar

1 Big Salad with Lettuce, Broccoli, Spinach, Celery, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Cucumbers, and Salad Toppers

2 slices of fat free cheese on whole wheat toast

1 Serving of fat free blueberry yogurt with fresh blueberries and blackberries

½ serving of lowfat peanut butter on whole wheat sandwich thins

2 slices of whole wheat pizza with turkey pepperoni, green peppers, orange pepper, red pepper, onion, and fat free cheese

1 serving of fat free chocolate pudding

98 oz of water

Supplements I’ve taken today:           

1 Fish Oil Pill

1 Multi Vitamin

Exercise:

60 Minutes of Walking

10 times on squat press machine

10 times on chest press machine
